I am writing in support of Thaliwal Bridge solicitor's application for excellent in client care. I am a Supporting Housing Officer for Leicester Primary Care Trust BME Mental Health Project at Foundation Housing.

I support clients who experience medium to high mental health issues. The support I offer is person centred so each case is extremely different. I have worked with Thaliwal Bridge Solicitors for the past three years and their service to my clients and me has been fundamental. They are exceptionally sensitive to my client's needs which make the clients feel comfortable and at ease. This is an excellent attribute for Thaliwal Bridge Solicitors to have when dealing with such sensitive issues and vulnerable people and therefore I would highly recommend them.

One example of their outstanding work that they have been successful in was getting one of my clients known A off a “Home Office section” after 28years. A number of other agencies had previously tried to do this through appeal however it was always turned down. My client felt a new lease of life once this had been given. Throughout this case Thaliwal bridge solicitors communicated with all agencies involved in the care and support of the client and therefore this enabled them to get a better case together.

They always keep the client and myself updated with the cases by phone and with a follow up letter in writing and always return/reply promptly to telephone calls.
