Recently we attended the SAL event that took place at the Athena in Leicester. A great event, with great food catered by Sanjay Foods and great entertainment provided by Navin Kundra. A brilliant night for a worthy cause.

SAL has a proud tradition of raising substantial funds for worthy causes relating, in particular, to the Asian background and origins of its members. In recent years this has included generous donations to the Asian tsunami appeal, the Pakistan/India earthquake appeal, the 2008 Burma disaster and other worthwhile projects.

World Mental Health Day - October 2010
